Study Abroad Fee

All students enrolled through IPE for foreign study are required to pay a Study Abroad administrative fee based on their study abroad program's duration. The current Study Abroad fee is $300 for programs of one quarter or less in duration, and $610 for programs longer than one quarter in duration (e.g.-one semester; two quarters; an academic year). 

The Study Abroad fee will be charged to your student account and should be paid directly to UW Student Fiscal Services by the payment deadline listed on your account.

Please note that the Study Abroad Fee is non-refundable and non-revocable following IPE's receipt of your program payment contract. Therefore, it is important to read the contract and understand its terms before you submit it.
